A large Arts and Crafts Cotswolds School Walnut Chest by Oliver Morel [Ex-Edward Barnsley] made in 1971, with four cushioned panels on the front and top, curved ends, chamfered edges and a hinged lid. Removable panelled oak back


Oliver Morel (1916 to 1996)—A maker of fine furniture in the Cotswold School Arts and Crafts tradition who trained and worked with Edward Barnsley at his famous workshop at Froxfield (from 1934 to 1941), before founding his own workshop in 1946 making exceptional quality furniture

Excellent condition. A few very minor dints.
